I have had a pleasure of experiencing a number of classes and kriyas with Yana. Every time I feel such power coming through them. Yana is a master teacher and holds space powerfully. She is impecable in the way she guides people, showing integrity and humility.

Yana is an incredible teacher. I loved practicing Kundalini Yoga with her. Nowadays, It is very hard to find truly knowledgeable teachers who are authentic and live their practice in every day life. Yana is one of these rare gems. I highly recommend taking classes with her.
