During the five-hour Japa meditation this morning, I felt an extraordinary sense of energetic support and connection. I came for a personal retreat with Yana, and the experience was beyond extraordinary.
First - the place. Incredible bamboo houses, feeling like living in a fairytale, immersed in the Jungle, with roots of hundred year old trees inside the house… you sleep with the sound of night birds and crickets, and wake up with the sunset on the leaves behind the net around your sleeping nest. This is a one-of-a-kind experience. Most thoughtful and generous treatment from Yana and her husband, organic vegetarian food.
Secondly , coaching and spiritual work we did with Yana - it is so rare to find such a pure teacher, with so much wisdom, compassion, energy, fire and love. We had group Kundalini yoga classes a few times a week.
Yana’s energy is so transformative - be prepared for very strong shifts in your consciousness.
I am coming back full of love, light, hope and Direction.
